Your digest
- When does my digest arrive?
- Your digest is delivered weekly on Monday morning in your local timezone. You can update delivery preferences in Settings.
- I didn't get today's digest — what happened?
- Check your spam/promotions folder first. If it's not there, it likely means (a) there wasn't enough fresh material on your sources in the last window, in which case the digest is skipped rather than padded, or (b) a delivery error — check the status page. Write to hi@pijon.io if neither applies.
- How do I change my topics or sources?
- Edit from your dashboard — click a digest to change its topics, add/remove sources, or adjust the format. Changes apply to your next delivery.
Deliverability
- My digest keeps going to spam. How do I fix it?
- Add
delivery@pijon.ioto your contacts, or mark a recent digest as "not spam" in your inbox. For Gmail/Outlook, moving the email to the Primary tab or Inbox folder once typically fixes future deliveries. - Can I add Pijon to my contacts / whitelist?
- Yes — add
delivery@pijon.ioto your address book. Most deliverability issues resolve within 1–2 digests after that.
Account & privacy
- How do I delete my account?
- Go to Settings→ scroll to the bottom → "Delete account." This removes your digests, configs, and subscription data permanently within 24 hours. Paid-subscription invoices are retained per applicable tax law.
- What data do you store about me?
- Your email, your topic/source choices, and digests we've generated for you. We do not sell or share personal data. We don't track your reading behaviour across the open web. Opening/clicking a digest is tracked for operator diagnostics only.
- I just unsubscribed but I got another email.
- Unsubscribes take effect immediately for the community digest you unsubscribed from, but a digest already queued for delivery may still arrive. If you receive an email more than 24 hours after unsubscribing, email hi@pijon.io with the subject line so we can investigate.
